Two years ago we began to hear a trend in the questions clients were asking. The ‘what’s next?’ was almost always about what should the boss be doing after the training. This goes to the heart of our decision to create an exclusive Senior Leader session for each and every one of our programs. These half-day sessions focus on skills and discussion strategies ‘bosses’ can use with their direct reports. One strategy focuses on the initial follow up—within ten days of the training.  The other strategy helps provide a roadmap for quarterly discussions that continue the strengthening and use of skills learned over the long haul.
