Over the past two years we have had the distinct pleasure of working with an innovative, cutting-edge partner in the web-based training arena.  I was first introduced to Axonify by a client, our LP contact at a large multi-national retailer.  They met at and LP conference and she thought we should get to know each other.  How did she know she was absolutely right!

I went to their offices in Canada, met their team, and fell in love with their products, insight, and energy.  These folks were leading a new revolution in how to strengthen learning after training and produce real results.  We quickly saw the value in both of us working together.  They were begining to work with retailers like Pep Boys and Wal-Mart and were interested in our nearly 40-years of experience in the retail training industry.  We were ready to add value to our classroom offerings by leveraging their platform to give clients access to follow up and reinforcement services that extended training well beyond the one or two-day classroom session and kept the training learned in use to create results.

Today we agreed to expand our contract with Axonify and our relationships between them and our clients.  We are proud of what we are accomplishing together.  More to come on that in coming months!  If you want to learn more about our “+” programs just visit the website under any of our ready-to-use programs and look for ‘reinforcement’.  How do you keep your training alive?  Need some ideas on that?  Call, click on “learn more”, or email us today.

Thanks for reading!  Let’s get ready for a great BTS!
